Zentnl has the ability to interpret how the individual moves

Through direct feedback and statistics, Zentnl creates the prerequisite for change

Zentnl consists of 3 parts

1. Articles of clothing with integrated sensors and wifi

2. AI-based analytics both on-premises and in the cloud

3. App with custom interfaces for different receivers

Sensors in the garment record specific measurement data which is collected by a communication device on the garment and sent on to Zentnl's server via wifi.

The AI-based cloud service analyzes the information in real time and presents clear results in the Zentnl application. The interface is tailored to different roles within the organization so that the information collected is as useful as possible for the user.

Amount and type of sensors are adapted to business needs

For example, Zentnl can measure:

Events and incidents – accelerations, impacts, man down
Ergonomics – angles, rotations, upper body tilt
Biomedical analysis – for example, heart rate, temperature
External environmental variables — gases, magnetic fields, radiation, sound
Distance measurement – for example for driverless vehicles and machines

Zentnl gathers knowledge directly from the user about potential problems over time. This information is available in the user's profile.

If needed, the user can show their personal profile to an ergonomist or physiotherapist for example.

Zentnl also reduces the gap between the employee and the company's healthcare services.

If an individual starts to feel worn out, suffering and costs are reduced if measures are taken early.

Zentnl does not infringe on privacy

2. Real-time: in case of incident, available to work and production management

3. Non-personalized: available as statistics to OSH management
